As one of the largest shareholders in the Vietnamese construction sector, Coteccons is a valuable Kusto Group partner, known for its innovative and ground-breaking projects in the country. Since Kusto Group’s involvement began in 2012, the value of the business has grown considerably and now represents a significant share of the construction market in Vietnam.
In recent years, the partnership between Kusto Vietnam and Coteccons has proved a remarkable success with the construction of the award-winning Diamond Island residential project in Ho Chi Minh City. The $122 million USD contract value project started in 2015, with Coteccons completing the main construction, finishing and design packages of 150,000 square meters. Following the success of the Diamond Island project, Coteccons and Kusto Home continue to cooperate on the construction of the eco-friendly Urban Green project in Thu Duc City. Indeed, Highway 13 has been approved by Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong province. It is committed to expansion with an investment of $435 million and will be completed in 2025. In addition, Metro 3B will be established in the near future. The two stations of this Metro line are only 500m away and a 2-minute walk from Urban Green, providing great convenience for residents.
