Kusto Home won prestigious award at the Vietnam Property Awards 2022

Kusto Home, a division of Kusto Group, has won prestigious awards in four categories for two projects—the Urban Green Residential Complex and Diamond Island Apartment Complex—at the Vietnam Property Awards 2022. Back in 2017, the company had already been a laureate of the competition, earning high praise from the jury.

In 2022, Urban Green scooped up the main awards, being recognised as the Best Wellness Condo Development with extensive smart technology implementation (Best Smart Building Development) and superior connectivity (Best Connectivity Condo Development of 2022). This modern residential complex, designed to house 740 apartments, is situated in the Thu Duc District near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest city and financial hub. The concept of Urban Green was born out of the idea of combining easy access to all key city locations with comfortable living conditions. Two-thirds of the residential complex is dedicated to an open-air garden. Residents will have access to fitness clubs, kindergartens, restaurants and other amenities essential for a prosperous life. The project's construction is slated for completion by 2024.

The Diamond Island Apartment Complex was recognised as the Best Completed Project of 2022. Previously, it had been awarded for its superior landscape and architectural design. Situated on an island, Diamond Island boasts 42 leisure and recreational facilities spread across 8 ha, three swimming pools covering over 2,300 sq m and 1,300 trees of various species. The complex comprises seven blocks with a total of 1,323 apartments, many of which were sold or reserved even before the official sales launch.

The Vietnam Property Awards 2022 ceremony took place at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City.
