KLM Asset Management
Logistics

KLM Asset Management is the infrastructure development arm of Kusto Logistics, responsible for the ownership, planning, and long-term management of critical logistics assets. Its mandate is to create the physical backbone that supports Kazakhstan’s transformation into a regional trade and transport hub.
At the heart of this effort is the development of a state-of-the-art logistics complex spanning 25.8 hectares. This flagship facility includes Class B construction that is build-to-suit for specific clients, with up to 15,000 m² of space, designed to meet the highest international standards in storage, handling, and operational efficiency. The complex will also house both bonded and temporary storage facilities to support customs clearance, transshipment, and value-added logistics services.
A key feature of the site is its integrated KT Terminal for containers, with a targeted handling and storage capacity of more than 3,000 TEU per month, and daily handling capacity of up to 6 container trains. The annual turnover is expected to reach 54,000 TEU per year in the first year. The second phase of the project will include a grain terminal with simultaneous storage capacity of up to 14,000 tons of agricultural products.
